Ailea greatly helped me and my wife find a great new home. As first-time homebuyers, we were rather intimidated at first, with many questions. Ailea was very accommodating and patient, always returning our texts/calls within minutes. She showed great knowledge about home features, areas that may require attention, tips for future maintenance, and vendors/contractors in the area. Highly recommend!

Bill was the best agent I could hope for. He sold my Mothers house in 2 weeks! Since I reside out of state , Bill arranged for repairs , inspection and the movers pick up. Bill kept me quickly and fully informed of all developments. Bill in the best!

She's not just a reg. realitor, she really great at what she does. She go out of her way to help. We had a language barrier yet found ways found ways to work w/ us .She made us feel comfortable like we knew eachother for year. She qwik w/ respone to any issues we had,knowledgeable,kind, patient with our house search, just all around humble guniwen good person. She got our vote, thumb up,make that two thumbs up.

Ailea was absolutely the best to work with! She was warm and welcoming even a year before we were ready to purchase our new home. However once we were ready and found the perfect home for us she was 100% on top of everything and extremely prepared. Everything went smoothly and I do not think we could have imagined a better agent! We had no idea what we were doing and she walked us through everything each step of the way. If you're looking to buy a home I would highly recommend her to be your agent!

Travis was so helpful in everything. He took time just to keep us moving finding a place and kept stress down Thanks to him, we couldn't have done it with anyone else. And we got a brand new built home way under what we were approved for, and a nice quiet city. He always took time out of his day to give us advice and walk us thru everything step by step. If it wasn't for him, we wouldn't be where we are now in a brand new built home.
