A valuable life lesson I learned when I was younger was to "use the right tool for the job." For example, I would not attempt to use a screwdriver to mix bread dough. In a similar way I would never purchase or sell a home without using Kerby and Cristina, and specifically Cristina! Ailea was nothing short of amazing. Right from the beginning she sat down and explained the whole process of buying a home and listened to what I was looking for. Ailea was more than I could have asked for. She worked with me being very particular about the house I wanted. Covid made things difficult in the buying process but Ailea kept me at ease. She knew exactly what I wanted and I am very pleased with the property I have now. I knew I could count on her to have my best interest when I had to make decisions I was uneducated about. Kayla is amazing! She not only listened to what I needed but what I wanted. Being a first time homebuyer, I was very confused about the process and what type a home I wanted. Rachel and her entire team are personable and professional. Any time we had a question, Rachel responded immediately. She was always available and never seemed rushed, even though we knew she was very busy. We appreciated the knowledge base of all the team members.
