Kris represented me in the purchase of our second home. She was exceptionally thorough and made sure we fully understood the easement located adjacent to the property. Kris also did a great job with the listing agent who was very difficult to work with. I will use Kris in my next transaction and would recommend Kris to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Kris was my realtor for a home that I would describe should be very easy to sell, but on the other hand ended up being a bit complicated. Kris was able to continue to drive showings and interest. I loved her personal touches when in my home. She worked for me and knew it. She responded to my questions and requests on a very timely basis. In the end she sold my home a price I was very happy with and got us through the closing process with no issues. I recommend Kris if you are looking for a realtor you can work with ??.

Bill is amazing. When I first contacted him, we had an hour long conversation, where he was already trying to figure out what kind of home I wanted. Our first meeting was going over the entire process + looking at some listings so he could create a custom search profile that matched what I wanted. Bill made sure to go on the first round of showings with me, so that he could get a better feel for what I liked, what I didn't do he could continue to refine our search. Rachel was amazing! She helped sell and buy my houses. She was very organized, great communication, and always available when I needed her. The extended team was also great from the staging help, and showing agents that helped along the way. If I sell in the future, I'll definitely be using her again!

Dylan was extremely helpful in our successful purchase of our first home. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects from helping us find what type of home we liked all the way to the finer details such as negotiating tactics.
