I was recommended Chia from a lifelong friend and have since recommended her out. Not only very helpful in the process, but also helpful in knowing what to look out for in houses that could be issues. She also had a knack for understanding over time what we were looking for and was helpful in showing us houses that fit that.

Chia was great! My husband and I had been working with her for about a year before we decided to get more serious about our home search. Chia respected that, and as soon as we were ready, she was too! She showed us homes that met our needs and at the end of it all, Chia was there for us every step of the way. We really would not have rather gone through this experience with anyone other than Chia!

Lori was very professional and attentive to our needs. She was always ready to show ya properties, and she responded to all inquiries in a very timely fashion. As a 1st time homebuyer she was able to explain the process and connect me to the necessary people to make everything as simple as possible.

Kris represented me in the purchase of our second home. She was exceptionally thorough and made sure we fully understood the easement located adjacent to the property. Kris was my realtor for a home that I would describe should be very easy to sell, but on the other hand ended up being a bit complicated. Kris was able to continue to drive showings and interest. I loved her personal touches when in my home. She worked for me and knew it. She responded to my questions and requests on a very timely basis. In the end she sold my home a price I was very happy with and got us through the closing process with no issues. I recommend Kris if you are looking for a realtor you can work with ??.
