Bonnie is very resourceful, reliable, efficient and she's on top of things for her client! Bonnie provides insights throughout the whole process (from going over the orientation of buying 101 to visiting houses to the stage of offering/negotiating/closing). After the closing, she still keeps in touch with her client to make sure everything has been transitioned smoothly and even offers to provide any market value insight of the purchased property. I look for prompt responses from a realtor, especially closer to closing. Lori was very quick in her responses. Lori made the selling process very easy and painless. Lori even helped smooth out a sticky situation 1 day before closing.

She is so dedicated and helpful and personable and persistent. She is the best hands down. She would call or text back immediately, always made time, was patient and kind, and supportive through difficult negotiations.
