I recommend Rachel Smith to everyoneyone for all of your real estate business. Rachel is a very knowledgeable, insightful, prompt, understanding, and experienced realtor which makes her outstanding at what she does. Jim was great! He was going to list my side by side for a little more than I thought, but before he could even list it, it sold and he got me $4,500 more than asking price! Jim was thorough but never pestered me. My experience with him was GREAT!

We could not be more pleased at the speed our home sold. She was receptive to our ideas as well as providing valuable advise. She listened to me (Monte) when I was unhappy with the approach taken by the Buyers agent and calmly walked us through the few difficult aspects. Christian was amazing to work with. He was always so prompt on answering my questions. He was able to get showings set up very quickly.
