It has been a pleasure to work with Sarah. When we started the listing of my home, we worked together to develop a timeline for the activities before going on the market. She gave me great information to understand and decide about pricing the home. After our initial contact, other members of the Kerby and Cristina were helpful, especially Nancy, with staging advise. I recommend Rachel Smith to everyoneyone for all of your real estate business. Rachel is a very knowledgeable, insightful, prompt, understanding, and experienced realtor which makes her outstanding at what she does. I recently learned a niece of mine is in the process of aquiring her real estate license. What I have learned from and experienced with Rachel is going to be imparted on her! Need I say more?

Jim was great! He was going to list my side by side for a little more than I thought, but before he could even list it, it sold and he got me $4,500 more than asking price! Jim was thorough but never pestered me. My experience with him was GREAT!

We could not be more pleased at the speed our home sold. She was receptive to our ideas as well as providing valuable advise. She listened to me (Monte) when I was unhappy with the approach taken by the Buyers agent and calmly walked us through the few difficult aspects. We would also like to acknowledge the helpful suggestions from Nancy Teske and placing us with Gary Swittel, our agent on the buying side in Wisconsin.

Christian was amazing to work with. He was always so prompt on answering my questions. He was able to get showings set up very quickly. He is a phenomenal negotiator and was able to get the sellers to pay for my closings costs as well as to get a few things added that were not in the original contract. He was a pleasure to work with.
