Eric is very knowledgeable about the entire process of buying and selling homes. In a couple situations we were faced with an undesirable outcome, but Eric introduced ideas that we hadn't considered and that proved to resolve the matters. He is responsive to all questions. And, the frosting on his skills and knowledge is a very warm pleasing personality.

Susan didn't miss a beat. Was always easy to contact. Made the whole process easy,less pressure. She knew exactly how to price house, so it was competitive and sold fast. It even sold for 5,000 over the asking price. Would do buisness with her again in a heartbeat.

Susan was really great to work with. She was honest about the homes and even helped to point out the kind of things we were looking to stay away from. She helped find the right locations for us and was honest when it didn’t seem like a fit. It was a lot of fun, too. Being new to the home purchase process can be intimidating enough. Adding in the current state of the Twin Cities real estate market, and using the VA loan requires a Real Estate Professional like Patrick.
