Eric is doing an outstanding job for us. We know he's in a very busy time, but he's been responsive to us in getting showings. Once we made our decision, he's followed through on every detail in a timely manner. He seems to be very readily available to respond to our questions and requests regardless of the time of day they reach him.

We really enjoyed working with Theo and the team. The team was professional in managing an organized process for both our sale and purchase of a new home. Most notable was the experience with Nancy (Professional Stager/Designer) who provided valuable feedback for our home to have the best showing.

Travis has been great to work with. He's always prompt on his responses when I've requested any help or information. Eric and the entire team were really great to work with! Eric is knowledgeable about the local market, responsive and a great negotiator. The marketing that was done to sell our home was excellent. They generated a great deal of interest as evidenced by the continual stream of prospective buyers we had throughout the selling process. We are building a new home and won't be moving for quite some time, but we know who will call when we do!!!

Being first home buyers, we were a little intimidated at first. Luckily we found Theo Sandberg which made the process much easier than we had anticipating. Any questions we had were Awnsered quickly and efficiently. We both are very happy with our first home and couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. Erik did a great job.... It was an older property with some problems we didn't want to tackle and we had 3 offers that backed out after inspection. Erik found us a buyer at a lower price who bought it as is. Although it wasn't quite what we hoped to realize it turned out to be a win-win transaction for everyone involved. Which is what if's all about A very good and professional agent

Working with Christian was wonderful. His background and knowledge of housing construction made my girlfriend and I feel very confident in our decisions and also helped a lot in the negotiation process.
