Dylan provided a very professional and positive experience as we began the search for our first house. He responded quickly to emails and phone calls, answered every question with great knowledge and really listened to what was important to us as home buyers. He also went out of his way to make sure we had the best chance at getting an offer accepted! As a new homebuyer, I felt supported and taken care of throughout the whole process. Dylan went above and beyond in our search for a house. He saved us $800 to unfreeze pipes on a house we wanted inspected because he took it upon himself to knock the ice loose early in the morning in sub-zero temperatures. He was more than willing to do showings at any time of day, and we were able to find a house we love. I definitely recommend Dylan as a realtor.
