Pam is always very friendly and quick. My only issue is that I wasn't called in until 9:20 for a 9:00 appointment. I was hoping that an early morning appointment would not be delayed.
Very nice experience. I came in as an emergency patient. My crown fell out. I was taken in very quick. I felt very relaxed with everybody I met. Overall, I very good experience.

Another great experience. Kathy is super. The personnel at the front desk are great too. Only thing left to do is change the openning time on BOTH your front doors on Wednesday (they now say 9AM). I can hear Jodi sayin now. OMG that F'n Larry!

Both of my front teeth had been chipped when I was younger (8 and 20). Both had been "fixed" by other dentists. As time went on, they became somewhat discolored and one actually chipped again. Dr. Lutz had approached me a couple of times (never pushing but rather just a comment) saying that he could fix them for me when I was ready.
