My dental experience was great, as usual. My whole family was accommodated for, with overlapping appointments to save time. The appointments were like clockwork and allowed us to make it to another appointment that was immediately following. All staff are friendly, and my hygienist is particularly kind and knowledgeable. They take the itme to get to know our family, and we feel like family when we go.
She really understands my issues, reviews them all and looks for ways to help me care for my teeth more effectively She also tries to make me feel more comfortable in the chair where I tend to cough easily inthe reclined position. Thanks for the appontment reminders and the reminder to pre-medicate.
Everything concerning my filling replacement procedure went very well. The whole precess was very professional and basically uneventful. Thank you.
My visits to Kerr Dental are always fast, easy and painless. All of the dentists and assistants have been very careful. I love that Dr. Lutz doesn't give me too hard of a time when I come in with cavities...
Until I discovered Kerr Dental Associates, I was one of those people that was terrified of going to the dentist. Not anymore. Dr Lutz is a great dentist and the practice uses all the latest technology as well as being a located ina really beautiful, modern, light filled buidling. I have had a root canal, a crown, several tricky fillings, and many cleanings. All experiences have been excellent. Everyone from the receptionists to the practioners are professional, caring, and so skilled at what they do. Highly recommended!
HAD ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE AT KERR DENTAL. KATHY WAS SUPERB. OFFICE IS SPOTLESS AND HIGH TECH. ITS A GREAT EXPERIENCE GOING TO THERE OFFICE AT PINEHILLS.
Appointment was on time as scheduled. Kathleen the Hygenist was great as usual, both the x-rays and cleaning were gentle and and thorough. The exam and recommendations by Dr. Kerr were also thorough. The waiting area, office and patients room(s) were both immaculate and comfortable.
EVERYTHING WENT WELL, AND I WQILL BEING SEEING YOU AGAIN SOON.
We all know that having dental work done is not the most pleasurable obligation we have to ourselves. Over the years we have gone to several dentists. All very quailified, but many are not sincerely understanding as to the patients' needs, feelings and concerns. I can speak first hand for myself and my mother (who suffers from Alzheimer's).
