Kerri helped us buy our first home. She worked SO hard for us! She was always happy to help, answering texts or calls right away. 10/10 Would Recommend to any friends or family, and will definitely seek out Kerri Burhart for all future lending needs. From the first time I called Kerri, she treated me like family. My wife and I are first time home buyers and got our offer accepted for a home. We shopped for lenders and at the time wasn't aware of Kerri. We ended up going with a local lender agent who gave us the best offer (4.625% at 0.5% discount and 1500 fees).
