Kerri made the entire process of buying a new home SO easy and stress-free! She is super knowledgeable, very responsive, and always had answers to all of my questions about loans, interest rates, every single small detail. The loan application process was very easy, almost everything we had to sign was online; which is ideal for busy family/work life. We found our dream property and had the keys in hand 19 days later, all because Kerri was so prepared and worked so hard to make things happen.

Kerri Went Over and above all expectations of a lender, she answered my calls every time I called, no matter the time. She answered my questions and gave me great advice on the best way to go about getting the best loan. Friendly, knowledgeable & professional! Funny & smart with a great personality & a genuine concern for what the client (ME!) wants and needs.

Kerri was a wonderful lender to work with. She worked tirelessly to make sure I got the loan that worked best for me, and helped us get through several difficult situations (including making sure we had the correct paperwork signed prior to international travel) She was always available for questions and really helped explain everything throughout the loan process. We feel fortunate that we were steered to her for financing of our home purchase. We live in Idaho but were buying a home for our daughter in Washington, so everything was done by phone. We didn’t actually meet Kerri in person until several days after the closing occurred.
