I came to Kevin after another lender let my deal fall apart with sloppy work and inattention to detail. Kevin really SAVED THE DAY. He came in, took control of the loan and got us closed in less than 30 days. Just as importantly, Kevin was a calming presence in an otherwise stressful process. His team was also attentive and professional. We would absolutely use Kevin again for a refinance or another purchase.

Kevin was recommended to me by my agent, and I am glad that I deviated from my original plan by going with him. He was patient and made sure the spend ample time explaining the process and breaking down scenarios and numbers with me to make sure I was comfortable with the loan and the payments. I would recommend anyone to use Kevin, especially if you are unsure or this is your first time. His patience and ability to explain every detail made it a very smooth and comfortable process.

Kevin was incredibly professional and efficient throughout the entire 4 month process of funding our home purchase. His team at Guaranteed Rate were very responsive throughout the entirety of the process. We were able to secure excellent financing terms and hit the closing date we had asked for. Buying a house I thought would be stressful.... my experience was the total opposite. Buying a home and the mortgage process was very simple and rewarding thanks to Kevin. He was always there to answer any questions irvlead me in the right direction. He took care of everything I needed.

I've been working with Kevin Keane closely for almost 3 years now and he always exceeds my expectations.
