If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. Kevin is phenomenal. He helped us with every step of the process. As first time home buyers, you can imagine how nervous we were (and the sheer amount of questions we had). Kevin was patient, honest, straightforward, and genuine. Kevin made the entire process so easy. From start to finish, he did everything asked of him and more and earlier than expected! He followed up with me often and made sure I understood the process and we closed on time. I've dealt with other mortgage companies and never got the personalized attention that Kevin paid to us.

I came to Kevin after another lender let my deal fall apart with sloppy work and inattention to detail. Kevin really SAVED THE DAY. He came in, took control of the loan and got us closed in less than 30 days. Just as importantly, Kevin was a calming presence in an otherwise stressful process. His team was also attentive and professional. We would absolutely use Kevin again for a refinance or another purchase.

Kevin was recommended to me by my agent, and I am glad that I deviated from my original plan by going with him. He was patient and made sure the spend ample time explaining the process and breaking down scenarios and numbers with me to make sure I was comfortable with the loan and the payments.
