Kevin and his team were great to work with. All necessary paperwork was completed early and closing was on time and easy. There were no surprises or delays. I highly recommend him and his team and plan on using him when I refinance in the future.

Buying a house can be difficult with all that you have to get done. Kevin and his team did a fantastic job. Even with some delays, caused by my CPA supplying the necessary documents late, Kevin's team met the closing date. Great job to Kevin and his team at Guaranteed Rate!!!
