Gave me a list with all the different pricing options that showed if I put X% down, how much my loan would be, how much my monthly payment would be, and gave me options to buy my interest rate down and buy out of PMI. He worked like crazy to bring everyone else together to get the deal done. Impressive stuff for sure! Don’t waste your time with anyone else, he knows his stuff!
