Kyle makes it happen! Kyle was on the other side of the sale of our home. He was the loan officer for the buyer's of our house. We had our 1st buyer drop out due to financing issues, so we needed to close with Kyle's buyers quickly or else the house we purchased in another state wouldn't have happened.
