Lot of things came up and changed. Some our fault, we got covid couldn't close, had no idea the financial ramifications that would cause. We started thinking we were going to get a good chunk of money back, had appraisal not go our way, all good. Then were told would still get $1,500 back, well it ended being less than $200 which I found out about 5 hours before closing. That was a kick in the shin.

Accepting the first appraised value that was given for the property would of been the proper way to handle it. And not have the seller jump through hoops fixing issues that were not hazardous to the sale.
