Kevin and his team were so great in answering all my questions until I understood. The delay in receiving funds was much longer than anticipated and the excuse for the delay from the closing firm stating that our county requires a 3 day settling period does not appear to be valid in our county.

Confusion over information requests and too many people involved along the way. Also, not everyone does everything by email these days. Phone calls are quicker, more direct and eliminate confusion that can arise.

I think my largest concern was that at times, I felt that communication wasn’t always as clear or transparent as I would have liked. This was my third mortgage application and this was probably the most difficult one. I believe our situation made it tough and that made the perceived lack of transparency that much more frustrating.
