Emails from me would get filtered to the Churchill employee's spam folder, so we would lose time because of missed emails. The process of going through a no credit loan was stressful. I was not guaranteed the loan until 7 weeks into the process. A TON of paperwork was required which was frustrating given the email filter issues. Overall, The team was very helpful, I got a no credit loan, and we met our closing deadline. I'm happy, but I can't say it was great a experience given the stress.
