Dr. Renzke was terrific. So reassuring and he explained carefully and clearly everything that was going to happen. All the staff- nurses, anesthesiologists, everybody was professional and personable.
The friendliness and professionalism of the staff—reception, nurses and physicians. Everyone involved with my appointment introduced themselves and exhibited a calm and friendly demeanor. They did their best to be reassuring and calming. As a result I felt reasonably comfortable and confident that the procedure would be handled professionally and as efficiently as possible.
