Highly professional and personable doctor.
Very personable, good interaction and thorough. After my procedure he actually came out to talk to my wife, unusual for an MD to do that!
Administratively, there were issues. I had to cancel one appointment because I got no prep instructions or prescriptions. The second time around, I had to ask for prep instructions. The good news is that my portal inquiries were answered promptly.As far as the actual procedure goes, I was very impressed. All personnel that I interacted with were highly professional and personable

Every nurse, physician assistant, and doctor who cared for me during my procedure made me feel safe, informed, and comfortable. They also listened to me and gave me a clear picture of how to move forward in terms of further diagnosis and care.

I had a colonoscopy recently and the entire experience was excellent. The staff was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable from check-in through recovery. The doctor took time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions. The procedure was smooth, and I felt well cared for throughout. I truly appreciate the compassion and efficiency of the entire team.
Not all offices are that well run. I appreciate the professionalism and quality of care. No one wants a colonoscopy, but all my concerns were minimalistic due to a well run place. I appreciate the people that were involved. Very good experience.
