I have been at 10235 Robinson for over a year and I loved it ... my neighbors are kind, quiet and so sweet. The property is clean and well manicured and the pool OMG it was so nice. It was nice that when I did need maintenance they took care of it in a quick and timely manner... when the furnace went out (on the coldest day of course) and it took 3 days to fix I received a nice little discount on my rent. I have never had an issue with NPM. They have always bee quick to respond to my questions, concerns and will continue to use them as the management company for our rental property. We used NPM to manage our rental property in Overland Park and could not have been happier. They screened the tenants well and we had awesome tenants. Our rental property never stood vacant. They are super prompt responding to all email and maintenance requests. They have made communication with their tenants very easy(through email mostly). They make it easy to communicate with them-they have several ways to get a hold of them; a web portal, email, and phone.
