Horrible service! Set appt to view a LOCKBOX property and they rescheduled twice via email after husband and I both made plans and drove 30 minutes to view. Called them and can't get a live person or returned call. Why do you have to keep rescheduling if the key is on the door? And to view the property, you have to TEXT them a photo of your driver's license and answer pre-screening income/credit questions... Sounds like discrimination to me.... Equal housing opportunity? Hmmmmm.... Run from them!
I can not imagine how this company receives any positive reviews. Mistake after mistake after mistake, after mistake is all I have ever received. I have nothing positive to say. If at all possible avoid the company at all cost.
This was our first time working with a property management company. We were with National Property Management for three years. During that time communication was minimal, the only way to reach someone was through email. Very rarely were you able to actually talk to a person, only when pressed. Then they were rude and gave short, curt responses, except when you complained about how busy they were to respond to phone calls. They are much more owner friendly than renter supportive. I have been stuck with this company for the past two years and have been so disappointed on so many levels. in order to contact anybody, it has to be done by email or voicemail which in turn take forever to get a response back. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
