Fast, efficient service Never have I ever had a problem with their service department. I always arrive early and always leave at a reasonable time. I appreciate them keeping me up to date on when my car will be ready. Great staff to deal with!

Halarious Staff! I have been to many dealerships within the last month and by far this one takes the cake! The staff are so funny and non-pressuring. I highly recommend checking them out if your in the market! I am leaving the dealership today with my 2021 Kia Seltos!

We bought a 2020 KIA Sedona & the staff in their Coquitlam location were very accomodating & helpful. We are beyond pleased with their service. Especially with their salesperson, Mr. John Hong. We highly recommend them.
Expectations met I went to Kia West with a lot expectations because of previous unfortunate experiences with car dealerships. It took a few people to answer all my questions but everything was done with a smile and no excessive pressure. it was a pleasant experience and ultimately I drove away with a car that fit my needs. It was still a business transaction but it had a touch of humanity that made a difference .
Knowledgeable, professional dealership pulls rabbits out of Steven made it a great experience to buy a car - professional friendly staff who pull rabbits out of the hat to get you best financing

Never been so impressed with a team of experts Thought I was leaving the Kia family, but thanks to the great staff at Kia West Starting with Al then Cory the sales manager followed by the incredible Dane the General Manager. Then to the little room where they torture you after you buy a car, that did not happen thanks to Shayne Then just to finish off a great experience, Mandy did our insurance. She knows her stuff. Very personalized service Every attention to detail was performed. And ALL the staff that I encountered were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Brian, my sales rep, is very easy to speak with. Austin ensured I was completely happy before leaving. Great place overall
