Awesome Customer Service! Recently, I bought a car from Kia West and there were few minor problems (warning lights on dashboard: low tire pressure and low washer fluid). Thus, I asked them to fix them although it was minor problems. Then, they were gladly to fix them without paying anything and it only took 30mins to fix them. The process was smooth and quick.

Happy customer/Customer for life I bough my KIA RIO in 2014 from here and ever since, I have been doing my service from them. The staff treat you like family and it’s such a welcoming place. Love my 2017 Kia Soul EX Tech!!! Bought my new 2017 Kia Soul end of September and loving it!! The staff, Dane, Jason, Richard, right down to insurance guy, made this experience easy. Good experience. My wife and I, purchased a 2018 Sorento from Kia West. We looked at a lot of 7 passenger SUVs. But it was the staff that made the difference. Sales Manager Moe, gave us a great price, our sales person Brian was open and honest and the car was great. No pressure. Just a positive experience. Highly recommend.

Found me my dream car Sabrina Sandu is very knowledgeable and worked really hard to find me the car of my dreams. I initially had chosen a Sorento as that's what I found online that I liked but when I arrived was disappointed by the size and style (way to big).
