We came to Kids First Pediatric Dentistry after a negative experience with another "kid's dentist". We were a little nervous, but the hygienists and Dr. Thomas made us, and especially my kids, feel right at ease. My daughter even had some decay that I feared would require putting her under and filling the cavities. Instead, Dr. Thomas created a treatment plan to work with us and help her teeth get healthy without the drill. So thankful we found Kids First Pediatric Dentistry!
My son was comfortable during his visit. Everything was explained to him in detail which put him at ease. Dr. Mendoza showed me the problem areas regarding his teeth. The wait was less than 10 minutes and the cleaning was done quickly.
We love it! We have moved a couole times since we started going and we continue to go no matter how far away. Currently it is 46 miles round trip but its worth it! Everyone is always so friendly and its so great to see that for the most part the staff has stayed the same.
We have experienced our first cavity, and Dr. Mendoza was so wonderful with my son. He cannot have nitrous oxide, and so they were very gentle with him and made him completely comfortable.
The staff is friendly, personable and communicates age approximately. They explained everything they were going to do before doing it which helps with the anxiety that comes along with dental visits. I would have recommended those with children come here.
We have always had excellent experiences each time we visit. From the time we walk in the door until we walk out the staff is friendly and attentive. They are so great with my son and we love it here! My son recently had some fillings. They are very thorough in explaining everything to the parents and to the children. Everything went smoothly as expected. I would highly recommend this practice!
We have been going to Kids First for 3 years now. My now 6 year old daughter loves going to the Dentist. Everyone is so nice.
We love Kid's first. We always get top notch service and my kids enjoy going to the dentist. They staff is very friendly and helpful.
Dr. Mendoza and Alice, were both very kind, patient, attentive and flexible when caring for my 9 year old son who is scared of the dentist after a bad experience elsewhere. They took time with him to get him comfortable and were willing to make accommodations to get his cleaning done and keep him calm!
