I have been going here since I was a newborn and am turning 20. I have tried other doctors but never felt as comfortable as I did at this location. I strongly believe a lot of the reviews are overly dramatic. The front desk and doctors are doing the best they can, with a high demand of patients. I came to Tri-county as a child and now I bring my son to this practice. I started off at another location (Elkins Park) and we moved about a year ago closer to the Northeast location. I like that they have multiple locations so there was no need to transfer records, etc. My personal recommendations are Dr. Greenberg, Lakenda Chapman, and Gunjan Rastogi-Wilson. This practice was a good practice until the last 2 years. Girls that answer the phone are RUDE, doctors DO NOT care anymore, wait time is HORRIBLE and when the doctor does come in it is a fast visit and you will leave with UNANSWERED questions. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!

Brought my son in for an ear infection and he left with hand foot and mouth from this office. Brought him back to be seen after being infected here and they had us wait in a room for 40 mins with a sick baby. So not only does he have HFM for his FIRST BIRTHDAY, now my 2 year old also has it. Will never be back again. Don't go here they clearly don't clean the office.
If you want a pediatrician and office staff who actually have your child's best interests at heart, DO NOT go to this office. My experience here has been nothing short of infuriating. Instead of providing proper care, they repeatedly tried to push us to urgent care without even giving our concerns the attention they deserve. Their diagnoses were wrong more times than I can count, and despite giving them numerous chances to prove me wrong, they consistently failed to deliver competent care. This is the third time today I waited on hold until eventually having to hang up and try again. Plus they go on lunch from 11:45-1:15 lol what a joke smh I can't stand this place!
Front desk issues . Child can go without medication they will not forward messages or try to resolve issues when your child is on a medication that has to be refilled and taken daily . They get loud abrasive and abusive today I gave them the same treatment back they give me . If anyone has a good pediatrician in Bucks County please email me enough of this crap !
The Roosevelt office waiting room is dirty. Waited two hours past the scheduled appointment time to see the doctor. Told the doctor that my child was sick and not acting as she normally does. Quickly told me it was an upper respiratory infection and would be okay, no medication prescribed. My child still wasn't feeling right the next day so we went to a ready care. I see a lot of people comment about the front desk. Who care's!! I just want a pediatrician that actually gives a shit about my son and I have had bad luck with that. I have seen multiple doctors in this practice (not by choice) and each one kinda does the bare minimum. And gives you the "yep,fine." It is rare that you will find a doctor that will treat you with respect when the government pays.
