I agree with everyone here. Front desk nurses and their nurses are very ignorant and rude. Front desk will tell you how to care for our kids. They had few good doctors and they now left that practice. No parents should take their kids there. I asked them to release my kids records so i can take him to another place, and they have not done so. I have been waiting for over two months. Every week they say that, its been mailed out and you should get it next week. It appears that I need to get a lawyer now. Not up to s... read more

Unfortunately I'm not gonna come back to this miserable pediatrics they are so bad the nurses so rude and in front desk too I do not Recommend this place for anyone

Wearing a mask is not a law. If you have an underlying health condition or difficulty breathing while you're wearing a mask you actually do not have to wear the mask according to the CDC's recommendations/guidelines. Also under the Americans with disability act we are protected and arw supposed to be taken care of without being told we cannot be served with out a mask ! After coming home from there today with our newborn, I've decided to find a new practice. The front desk seems hollow. Emotionless. And preoccupied. When we were brought back to a room the nurse was very rude to us, this is the primary reason I will not be returning. It took about 45min before the doctor came in to see us also. The fact that They have so many doctors listed in there staff and yet you find yourself waiting a long time is odd

The doc in Roosevelt and Welsh Rd are good but the stuff (the front desk)sucks really bad...u cant just not accept walk in's just bc u don't like too..is a baby that is coming a emergency to see a doc not to see ur stupid faces ...not a grown up person who can wait couple hours or days Is a shame ...the front desk ( daniele...ad the other blond who think she is beautiful, think they know everything and try to suggest to use this or that med for ur baby. I have 4 kids I bring to this office. Office staff have always been friendly to me. My isssue was when I had my 4th child they didn't want to use my insurance like they are supposed to because he was covered under plan until 30 days old and wanted to wait until his own insurance plan was active. This ended up leaving me with a big bill that I wasn't able to pay. Why they wouldn't bill my insurance I still don't understand. Literally the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. He regarded me (the older teenage patient) as a vet would regard a dog, never really spoke to me personally but my mother, who knew very little about my actual symptoms. he made a wrong diagnosis and his treatment of my condition only caused more discomfort then what was already going on.
