The techs were outstanding, the first reviewedmy paperwork and Just made me feel totally comfortable. Kara spent the time with me from the shots through the procedure And she thoroughly explained everything such as how and when to take the meds, to make sure I ate before taking any meds and went over foods that I could eat. She also explained what I could and could not do after the operation and what to expect. It was so well presented I felt totally comfortable knowing what to expect. Tried and tried and tried to get an appt. Daisy took all my insurance info and said she would call me back. We had already established that I was in network. The plan was to call the insurance company to get more information. Days went by so I called and spoke with someone else who said Daisy may come in later that day but I never heard anything so I called again to find out she didn’t come in.
