The staff is absolutely wonderful. All the ladies go out of their way to help make sure you are comfortable. They answer all your questions clearly so their is no miss understanding. His office doesn’t have an “office” atmosphere. The designer did a great job making this a very warm and inviting space. And last but absolutely not least Dr. Kikuchi. Dr Kukuchi and his team are AMAZING ! There are SO MANY REASONS why. Dr Kukuchi and his team have been working on my mouth over the past three years . My oral situation was left in a horrific state due to a deadly disease which I was able to survive. Dr Kukuchi first had to go in and “clear the landscape “ inside my mouth so to speak before he could even begin the rebuild of my jaw, sinus bone and smile. The entire experience was great. I was a little nervous because it was basically my first time having any type of surgery done. The entire staff made me feel welcome, helped me calm down and got me ready to get my wisdom teeth out. They really know how to do their job well. I know everyone's experience can be different so I am relieved that for now I haven't had any bad pain just a little discomfort. Would definitely recommended him to friends and family.

The techs were outstanding, the first reviewedmy paperwork and Just made me feel totally comfortable. Kara spent the time with me from the shots through the procedure And she thoroughly explained everything such as how and when to take the meds, to make sure I ate before taking any meds and went over foods that I could eat. Professional and kind care. Easy to understand directions for aftercare. Very efficient. Dr Loo is easy to understand and likeable. Fast in and out procedure in a clean and caring atmosphere. I was pleasantly impressed. Thank you to the highly trained and empathic staff.
Tried and tried and tried to get an appt. Daisy took all my insurance info and said she would call me back. We had already established that I was in network. The plan was to call the insurance company to get more information. Days went by so I called and spoke with someone else who said Daisy may come in later that day but I never heard anything so I called again to find out she didn’t come in.
