Kim King and her team are THE BEST! Throughout the homebuying process, she was communicative and extremely patient with me/my 60-70 hour work week. She touched base with me often and ensured that I was clear on the necessary steps to move forward. She was available through e-mail, text, and phone calls to work around my availability. Most of my paperwork was completed in advance via the portal, so the closing process took only about 15 minutes. Thank you, Kim for an extremely positive experience!

There were a number of miscommunications, and lack of communication at times. I received inaccurate information other times. For example, incorrect AmEx account info was provided to HartmanLaw, so I had to provide them with additional info after the closing. Kim was EXTREMELY patient, supportive, and hard working on my behalf. Communication with the entire team, however, was challenging at times.
