There were a number of miscommunications, and lack of communication at times. I received inaccurate information other times. For example, incorrect AmEx account info was provided to HartmanLaw, so I had to provide them with additional info after the closing. Kim was EXTREMELY patient, supportive, and hard working on my behalf. Communication with the entire team, however, was challenging at times.

Kim was always available to get on the phone and talk through some of the issues we encountered. For example, we were asked to send the initial documents a few times to ensure they were received. This included email and uploading to the portal. There were a couple occasions when a sent or uploaded document was unaccounted for.
