Kim was great. There are definitely a few things that could have been a little better. I felt like I had to be in constant communication to make sure everything went well. It took a few days to lock the rate after our realtor reached her. If I hadn’t called her my rate would have been higher than 3.0. I believe before that weekend it was 2.8, and we ended up with 2.99. The appraisal Took too long as well. I appreciate her professionalism and can do attitude.
