Kim and team were fantastic! We contacted her the day before we were going to close with another firm, who had taken nearly 75 days to get to closing. After speaking with Kim, we contacted the competition who couldn’t come close to matching the rate Kim quoted. We immediately cancelled our closing with them, and Kim got us to closing in only 19 days!
