Kim was quick to get a pre-approval letter to us and since this is such a hot market, that helped us get the house. She was always quick to respond to correspondence and she got us an absolutely ridiculously low rate. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my mortgage financing!

Kim Shuey is a professional all the way through the loan process. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the loan process. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly the exact way she promised and was extremely clear in her communications.
