In my initial conversations we had agreed to a 20 day escrow turns out when later raised I was told that she did not remember having that conversation at all! Turned out to be just like every other escrow.

Easy to deal with did what she said she was going to do a smooth and easy conversation no pressure. A talented assistant that was on top of her details. there may have been a slightly lower rate out there but it's not worth the risk of not getting the type of service that was delivered by Kim
