This was my first time ever doing a big purchase like this and had no idea where to begin. Kimberly taught me some tips and guided me on my credit foundation. Broke it down into sections so I can understand and focus on the important things I needed before applying for a mortgage. Once we applied I was approved and she fought next to me to obtain the house I had my eye on. When the day came I closed on my new home and was the easiest experience thanks to her.

Just wanted to take the time to really thank Kimberly Beckum and her staff for being amazing at what they do. Kimberly was on top of everything every step of the way during the entire process. I am giving her 5 stars because there isn't 10 in the review. My family and I are extremely happy with everything she did for us. Our finance numbers even came out lower than originally anticipated. I had a great experience with Kimberly. She worked at such a fast pace and was on top of everything. I called her multiple times to explain different things in detail. She took the time to really explain and make me feel comfortable with the entire process. There was never a time that I had to call multiple times. If she missed a call she would call me right back. I will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase a home. I was completely satisficed with her customer service.
