This is our second time to work with Kimberly, and just as the first time, it was smooth from start to finish. Kimberly and her team are very responsive to any question you may have and we never had to wait more than 24 hours (usually much less) for a response from somebody. They walk you through every step of the process and we were never surprised by anything during the process. We'll highly recommend Kimberly to anyone who asks.

Kimberly has been extremely helpful. My fiance and I are first time home buyers and Kimberly walked us through the entire loan and pre-approval process and was extremely patient and never left us in the dark. Buying a home is such an exciting time but also very overwhelming. We could not have done it without Kimberly helping us and working so hard to make sure we got the best possible interest rate.

Kim was very professional and helped us even when we did not know what we needed. She answered hundreds of our questions and never showed irritation, even when we ask the same question more than once. She told us up front what to expect and what we needed to do to get the best numbers for our loan.

We honestly went through 2 experiences with Kimberly. our first house did not appraise correctly and the deal fell through. Kim was great through both. she help raise our credit score and was really good to work with. Answered her phone and was johnny on the spot with returning phone calls and keeping us in the loop. Loved working with her and so will you!!!!
