Panels installed. They work. But now water from my roof underneath the panels leaks water into my attic then into my living room. Called several times and left many voicemail. No answers or call backs. It's now turning into a legal situation. I would have gone to someone else if this is going to be the service I get everytime.

Look I’ll be very honest, we’ve been very satisfied with daybreak up until about 2 months ago when our panels stopped producing.. we were never notified which is upsetting considering they are supposed to be monitoring and not to mention that when this all began I noticed a sudden out of nowhere spike in my energy bills so I contacted them and they simply suggested more panels instead of even considering that maybe something was happening with the system anyways… so we did our own check of the system after which we had to co... read more

DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS SHADY COMPANY!!!!!! One of the worst companies i've ever worked for.Almost all management, except Joshua Compton, made inappropriate sexual comments about my clothes, my weight, comments about himself or sexual advances. Randy is by far the worst manager i've ever come in contact with as an employee. This company rips off the elderly. Pays for 5 reviews realistically they should be a 1 star company. If you are looking for solar go with a different company. If you decide to go with this company please make sure they use the material that’s in the contract, they will use cheaper less efficient panels or whatever panels they can get their hands on other than what’s in the contract hoping you won’t notice. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Have been waiting SEVERAL MONTHS to have ours looked at. 53 panels, $60,000 and they are NOT working! Have made several phone calls in. Finally after about a month someone came out. Wasn't the normal person, just someone helping out. He said he did an update on the system, but it didn't do anything. Still, nothing is working! Some of the reps on the phone have been snotty, saying I need to wait 48hrs for someone to call back...well it's been WEEKS and no one calls back!!!!!!!!!!!
