The installation of our panels kept getting delayed, 3 months to be exact. Then now a month that we have been waiting for the system to be put online. They DO NOT know how to keep their schedules. I DO NOT recommend this company if you want your equipment installed and online in a timely manner.

We purchased solar from this company in February 2019 and was told that it should lower our electric bill by approximately 70% Ha never happened we are lucky if it covers 20% and so now we are paying for solar and electric - RIP OFF They have the poorest customer service you could imaging. My Solar Edge was not registering any activity for over 5 weeks before we noticed - they dont monitor like they said they do and god forbid you need repairs - they came out and diagnosed problem took 3 weeks to come back with part and fi... read more

My Solar Panels were installed March 20, 2020 by a subcontracted company that DayBreak Solar used. It took Daybreak's hired subcontractors until May to get the power grid local code for the PSO to finish installing the second meter that I am be charged for. (That was not disclosed in the consult with MaCullum when he sold me the panels on behalf of DayBreak Solar) But I understand the additional meter charge because everybody has to get theirs. Stay far away from this company they are a scam and Doug inlay should be fired immediately in the parking lot. They lied about everything they are not the best they are the worst according to the rankings and the ratings this rating system and their rating system do not count because they pay them find a real rating site that is not biased or funded by the company you will see the same complaint consistent I'm Better Business Bureau if you want to cancel in 3 days because they don't give you a day to think about it no that's... read more

Terrible made two appointment no call no show the first time, wouldn’t answer the phone when I tried to call back. Next appointment rescheduled I was suppose to be put I priority list for appointment because they didn’t show up the first time, and they called me up the day of appointment and told me they could not make it, and would like to reschedule for a 3rd time I told them I’m not waisting my time just call or knock on the door see if I’m available.

If anyone knows what option we might have to get out of this solar system that would be great. THIS IS ABOUT DAYBREAK SOLAR POWER!!! PLEASE SHARE!!!! Buyers beware. Our sales rep Josh Compton gave the best sales pitch ever. He assured us that they have engineers that would review our bills and design our panels accordingly to offset having an electric bill.
