I really don't like leaving less than stellar reviews, but I wanted to be honest about my experiences with King Street Pet Hospital. 8/24/2020 The experience was okay, I didn't know what to expect. Due to the nature of covid, it was drop off and pick up service for my cat (she was around 4-6 months old at this time). I noticed my cat trying not to walk on her front left paw. She was also crying differently. This was 6pm on a Sunday. I had taken my cat here for a wellness check about a year ago. I called and left a desperate message hoping for a visit the next day. They called me early Monday morning to gather all the background information on my kitty's issues. Extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful staff and vets! So grateful for all the help you have provided for my two cats. Dr. Choy has helped a lot during some stressful situations. All vets are very personable and take the time to talk with great patience.

Have been with King Street Pet Hospital going in 5 years for all our doggies checkups and emergencies! When we first got our dog and looked for a vet, location and hours were a great plus, they are conveniently located in town and they have long open-ing hours, a big plus for emergencies or the working parent! The doctors are all super, caring and knowledgeable. What can I say? The best customer service at King Street Pet Hospital! The staff were genuinely concerned about our dog - Beau and very professional. Most of all, the very best bedside manner of Dr. Ganzer! He thoroughly explains everything that is being done (procedures, etc.) and went out to meet us and check up on Beau! Truly a caring and very trustworthy doctor!

Once again, the staff and vets came through for us when we needed to squeeze our dog in for a vaccination. It wasn't life-or-death but it made a huge difference for us: We needed the vaccination for a pet-boarding place we were hoping to get our dog into for an upcoming trip. We've been coming here for about five years and have been really happy with KSPH. Mahalo

Very happy with the treatment Candace, my cat, has received. Being able to compare her care with that of my cat Umbra, who passed away last year and whom I took to another place, has made me decide on KSPH for all pet care. Also, I appreciated the offers to feed Candace and trim her claws for free when she went to see Dr. Nakamura last Friday.

I definitely would recommend this Vet hospital! All the doctors are so caring and very complete. They take extra time to explain everything and the staff works hard to accommodate you on your schedule. Our little Princess loves Dr. Goo and how thorough she is. She is our baby and we would only trust King Street to take care of her!
