If you bring your pet here, let them know up front to tell you everything they do that your gonna be charged with. I only needed an allergy shot and rabies shot for my dog, of course I knew I was gonna get stuck with an exam fee also, didn't feel that my dog needed it but to get the shot I'd swallow the $65 exam fee. Nurse said the doctor wanted to do extensive tests, I told her no, I didn't have alot of money, and I already knew my bill was gonna be almost $200 already. Doc comes in and begins doing all this stuff, antibio... read more

Even when things are bad, please shop around. I went in to Kings Mountain this morning because our puppy was bad off. They tried to tell me it was Parvo, and that it would be $400 just for her to be seen and $1000 if she required hospitalization. So we left. And the vet didn't even charge us for her services! She was very concerned and wanted to help us in any... read more

J.c., we understand that veterinary care can be costly. At King's Mountain Animal Clinic, we do our best to offer a variety of treatment and payment options. It does seem that maybe you were given an estimate on the symptoms that you described your pet was having either by phone or maybe walking in. We can only give an estimate based on the symptoms you are telling us your pet has, we can not give a true estimate ... read more
We took our dog Duke to see Dr. DeMott for a checkup and to get his vaccines updated. Duke is a very anxious dog when it comes to vet appointments and has trouble sitting still for exams. My wife explained this to Dr DeMott and told her that in the past at other vets they’ve given Duke some medication to help with the anxiety. The vet then asked, very reasonably, about trying a muzzle. My wife said because of his past (he’s a rescue who was abused) he doesn’t do well with muzzles and that medication is the route we’ve gone w... read more

I'm disappointed, it's the second time I've taken Lala my Schnauzer and they destroyed her fur. I have cried enough and I will never recommend them to anyone. They lost several customers. and to top it off they tell me excuses
