The service was fine but last week I went to the clinic and was disgusted by the attitude of the lady up front! As I was waiting for my friends dog to go back, and elderly lady stepped up to the counter and politely asked the woman behind the counter to help her out because she was confused. The lady behind the counter screamed ,"WELL WHAT DO YOU WANT?".
