Customer service. One lady extremely rude and acted like she was extremely bothered by me trying to make a payment. Very rude and disrespectful

My pets returned smelling like PURE urine! I received the notes from the Pet exam that NO ONE informed me of prior to booking the appointment for their boarding and no one explained what the report was stating.

I have been taking my dog there since he was 6 weeks old they missed the fact he had worms for two months then made excuses of it easy to miss that. I take him because he is eating himself alive and they give me nothing but charge me 130 for a opinion. Have him on flea medicine and worm medicine didnt even ask if I had gave him any and they gave him medicine a week after he had already taken it and charged me for it.By far the worse vet I've been to.!!!!!!!!

This evening I get home to find that my dog had a laceration to his right eye. I immediately called my “Vet”, who has hours until 6pm to see about getting him in for much needed stitches. As I am on the phone with the Vet at approximately 4:45 telling the kind lady that I could be there in as soon as 30-45 minutes due to me living in patrick county, she states that the doctors want me to go to the emergency vet in Nc. We are very sorry for any confusion over seeing your dog yesterday. Both the receptionist and veterinarian both told you that they would see your dog but they would probably suture it in the morning or you could take it to an emergency vet. The reason they wanted to do the suturing in the morning is because he would need to be sedated and then no one would be here after hours to monitor him. Their computers are down. I called & was told to come down & get worked in. However, after waiting a couple hours, the young lady said it could be another hour or 2. I could back later but it would make no difference. Without the computers, I don’t believe the office has any idea what their load is for the day. I understand wanting to make a profit but their comes a point where there is no customer service. I’ve had nothing but nice things to say about this clinic. The only complaint I used to have was that you have to wait FOREVER BUT the care they provided was amazing! I had to bring in a family friend’s dog in this morning. When I arrived there were only 2 people ahead of me. When they were called back I’m thinking I’m going to be next. NO they let another dog go in front of us and they excused the reason as to she might be but just getting a shot or something. I took my pet up there a couple weeks ago for a eye infection cost over 150 they told me I still had to keep a eye dr appointment a week later so I did that and they gave me oral meds another 150 they sent me a survey to fill out I did and said what I did above today I get my pets records and they tell me to find another vet, why send a survey if you don’t want to hear what people 🤔?
This vet euthanizes perfectly healthy dogs if it’s the dead owners final request. THIS IS NOT OK 😡
