Dr. Erdman came off as imposing and rude. I had called before the appointment to make sure I was able to get bloodwork and results on the same day, and they ensured me it was possible. From the very beginning Dr. Erdman questioned everything I said, including a procedure that was done to my cat in order to open his nostrils.
