Their website states they do dental X-rays yet when you call to confirm they claim they do not. No extractions should ever be done prior to X-rays. I was also told they don’t even recommend bloodwork before anesthesia? I had to double check multiple times I was hearing that properly. I guess this is a low cost option? Either way that’s not responsible Medicine and someone who doesn’t know better is going to have a really bad day when their pet passes away unexpectedly. Called office To have my pet come in as an emergency receptionist asked me if I was a client their I advised I was not. Put me on hold while talking to dr she came back to line and stated the doctor wasn’t in Which I could tell was a lie! She should have informed me the doctor was not in from the beginning of the conversation. These people don’t care about pets my fur baby could have died. Business response:
The receptionists are required to bring me patient/client records when I get a phone call. That way I can refresh myself on the medications and problems for that pet as I answer their questions. They ask if you are a client for that reason. The practice has been here for over 40 years. We get a new client nearly every day on average. I have never turned anyone down. Called on a Friday afternoon with a cat who is bleeding from her mouth. Was told to bring her in. When we arrived the Vet didn’t even touch the cat and told us to take her to the Vet ER. Very disappointed!! This wasn’t the first time either.

I don't believe you were ever here. You are not in our schedule or our system so this can't be not "your first time either". I don't recall seeing a cat bleeding from the mouth and, if it were an emergency, I certainly would have suggested the ER. We can not support an emergency on Saturdays or Sundays. CJ Erdman, DVM
No compassion for the pet or the owner. My dad would always go with me, because I'm physically unable to drive, and the doctor never looked at me when he talked, always looked at my dad. I'm 24 years old, and I would like to be respected. He made me feel like I didn't know what he was talking about, so why look at me when there's someone older that would know better?
