First year everything was good (besides parking) so we decided to sign another year lease in February. In March some kind of animal got in the attic and the wall and has been in there for 3 weeks now. It wakes us up every morning around 6am very loudly banging around and scratching at the walls. I have talked to front office and sent several service request. I am not comfortable sleeping in my own apartment this is not ok.
Lived here for about a year and a half and all i can say is DO NOT get an apartment here. The maintenance is pathetic, i have had RATS in my attic for over 3 weeks now and they REFUSE to call someone besides their 90 year old maintenance guy who is obviously not not solving the problem! I cant sleep they are so loud and i have multiple videos to confirm it. Half the time my parking spot is taken, every single step i take the floors squeak extremely loud (i know the person below me must hate it) i tried to get them to fix it... read more

i have lived here since 1995. I forgot I had the rent check, written by my parents, in my car. I found it and brought it in on Monday, the 7th...gave my apologies and asked for a late fee forgiveness. came home and found a letter telling me I was in DEFAULT! 87.00 late fee for the first time EVER, in the 21 YEARS I have lived here! Never paid late, until now... TOTALLY unsympathetic and RUDE behavior to me AND my parents, whose perfect credit for over 60 years now has a blemish on it! UNBELIEVABLE! BARRY PARKER
Have never been treated with such poor customer service. The front office is extremely rude. Terrible communication between maintenence and front office had my apartment entered multiple times without consent after telling them I wanted to be home at the time. Have contacted corporate three times about the unprofessional and disrespectful service to no avail. I would not recommend living here to anyone. As expensive as it is to rent you would think a little respect and consideration would be given. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!
Awful when it comes to repairing/fixing anything in your apartment. The communcation between their employees is nonexistent.
