Great Nissan dealership. Very helpful staff and very knowledgeable on the entire vehicle fleet including commercial vehicles. While I haven't bought my car yet, I'm there enough that I know their names and will definitely buy my next Nissan from them.
I have just had a *great* meeting with CJ Martin, Service Manager, along with her shop foreman, Rick. My vehicle's brakes were thoroughly rechecked, and it was clear that a mistake had been made in the original evaluation. So now because of this, starting today, the procedure will be changed to actively double-check with wheels off when brake pad replacement is recommended. I had the opportunity to buy an used car for my son this last weekend. It was a great experience. The salesperson showed an infinite patience with me, took me to 2 test drives and showed me several different cars in the lot. The sales manager (Scott) was very nice, honest and knowledgeable. I feel I got a fair deal and I have all the intention of coming back to this dealership when it is time to replace my old truck. Great place to shop for a car!
