Recently I purchased a Nissan Leaf, they are thieves they will not provide the charging cord or backpack that goes with the car. So the car sits in the parking lot since I cannot charge it. Chris and Jonathan are worthless as managers. Jonathan said he would get it for me and than back peddled so I contacted the owner. Nothing is getting resolved. Don't believe them. A simple solution is to get me what I am asking for instead of being rude and disrespectful. You know my number its easy to make me happy.

We had a terrible bad experience with Nissan kirkland branch. In the last three days we spent 8 hours of our time talking to the sales team. They agreed to a deal and when I went today to close the deal and take the delivery of the car, they want me to pay additional 2,000 dollars on top what they have agreed upon. After dealing with Nissan corporate and Nissan dealers, I'd rather shit in my hands and clap than ever own another Nissan. I think since Nissan likes mailing me so much shit I'm going to return the favor by picketing this store the next time I get an offer in the mail from Nissan of Kirkland. Keep it up assholes.
