I flew in from Oregon to see this MD and low and behold I showed up 20 minutes late for my appointment. I mixed up the time. I was so bad! I ran to the elevator and when I got into their office, lol..I was feeling so stupid but everybody was so nice and understanding about my error. They got me in to see the good doctor anyway and the Dr. Shah was so professional and pleasant to have a visit with. How sad that he's leaving. I will miss him. 😢

The doctor and medical assistant were great but the receptionist was rude and talked badly about a patient with another staff member in front of people in the waiting room. There was an older gentleman who was having trouble standing up from the couch and another patient had to help him.
I was pleased that Dr Shah was familiar with my records. He was thorough and had a friendly manner

I visited the Epiphany office for first time and I had a great experience with staff by their friendly and caring attitude to welcome me. I was able to talk and mention my concerns to Dr . Shah while he was listening to me and giving me peace of mind by right diagnosis and treatment.
