My late afternoon appt start time was prompt. Office and nursing staff were polite and friendly. Dr.Kahn was clear in his communication and directions.

I think that Dr. Shah was very nice & seems to know what he’s doing. The problem that I have is when I call your office, nobody answers the phone. Yesterday, the 1st time I called, I left a message & called 2 more times and finally got through. My question was answered. A while after that your office called me back. I’m just not used to that.
