The experience has been nice except significant hiccup occurred when it came to quartz countertop slab. We did not get our original selection. It delayed the completion of the project.. Communications between different personnel could have been better. Lack of communications resulted in delayed completion and quite bit unnecessary hardship. Overall we have very nice experience. The staff were very nice and cooperative. We are happy and thankful to Kitchen Mart.

The individual craftsmen (carpenters, painter, tile and utilities crews) did great work. Kitchen Mart's approach to the remodel of our kitchen was very smooth. We are very happy with it! The quality of the planning, materials and workmanship was outstanding. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and reliable scheduling. The crew was friendly, efficient, and tried very hard to make this transition on us easy. They protected the rest of the house from dust and debris. At times they would ask our opinion on certain things. It was a very professional job. We’ll done to KITCHEN MART and to the employees!
